Are your enclosed truck bodies waterproof?
Answer
We carry out water test on all the joints to eliminate leakages. Dust rubbers are installed on all hinged panels. Besides our welding process (continuous MIG welding) ensures porosity and pin holes are eliminated

What is the warranty given on the truck bodies built?
Answer
Our warranties on the bodies run for one year on manufacturing defects
Question
Can I use a high Sided Fixed or an enclosed body to carry sand, ballast or stones?
Answer
No. Only Double drop side and Low drop side are designed to carry bulk materials, for the side pillars are reinforced

What materials are used for truck body building
Answer
We use high quality mild steel, with proven designs to ensure truck maximum performance in the regional market

How long will it take for a truck to be completed?
Answer
For standard bodies, up to 2 weeks
Non- standard bodies (Tippers, Exhausters, conversions etc) takes 3-4 weeks

2: Accident Repairs
Question
How long will it take for the truck to be released?
Answer
This depends on the extent of damage and the availability of spare parts. We however have maintained a max. of 3-4 weeks on extensively damaged parts like cabin replacement, chassis straightening/jigging and reinforcement.
Question
Is there a warranty on the works done?
Answer
Yes. Before any vehicle is released, we do tests to ascertain the trucks road worthiness. In cases where a pre- accident defects are noted, we advice our clients on the necessary action to take. Our dedicated technical team is always responsive to our clients.
Question
Will my vehicle be restored to it's pre-accident working condition?
Answer
Yes. The damaged parts are replaced by genuine parts only. In cases where the parts are not available locally, they are imported.
Our team of fully trained and specialized tradesmen which include mechanics, fitters, panel beaters, fabricators, spray painters, electricians, and fibre glass specialists always ensure that accident trucks are restored to working conditions.
